We did it! Yeah!!!!!

ok, for the past serveral days we have been moving. Why is it that the year we decide to move is the year Iowa has record breaking temperatures. Back in 2003 when we moved here from Salt Lake City, UT. It was the hottest day that year and of course we had never experienced humidity so it was awful. The last 5 days have been HORRIBLE. Its been between 90-100 degrees and humidity so high your clothing is soaked just walking to your car. But through all that we managed to move from one apartment to another. Of course it ment waiting until the sun went down, so we didn't kill ourselves walking across the parking lot with boxes. Every night since thursday we have been boxing and walking from 8:30 to 2:30, in hopes to have everything done by Saturday evening. The Elders quorum are awesome! We had the piano, bed, T.V., couch (all the big stuff) taken over in record time and before 12:00 so they didn't have to die of heat later on. Of course not everything was moved and it was just too hot to do anything outside. Sean and Kepler took a long nap and I put down lining in all the kitchen cabinets in the new apartment and put the kitchen together. Then we finished up taking all the little things left one by one. I was hoping to have it cleaned saturday night, but I was too tired, too hungry and so we went out to eat with some friends. Later, Sean vaccum and did a sweep and finally we went to bed around 2:30 again. Sunday afternoon and evening we cleaned, cleaned, cleaned and with the help of my visiting teacher even got the kitchen cleaned. Now waiting to pass inspection at 10:45 today! Hopefully I'll get some sleep tonight!
