Memorial Day Weekend
For as long as I could remember, it always rained on Memorial Day weekend. We would always spend the majority of the day visiting family graves, cleaning them and putting flowers on them. I know Memorial Day is a day we are to remember those who have died or served our country. Well we spent it making memories. At the last minute we drove up to Atlanta for the weekend.
Philip and Kepler absolutely love it up there! Philip and Kepler progress more in spending two days with cousins than over a two week period with me. Philip can now go up and down stairs and is eating more solids than ever before. Kepler communicates better with me and is so happy that he got to play in the "play house".
The other fun memory was making rockets. Sean, I know, had a blast. And we had a blast watching them go off. Kepler's was gone after the first launch, but Ethan's stayed around enough to launch 4 more times.
