Processes

So the process I've been going through is the wonderful hate/love relationship of home buying. We found a cute little home, in a good neighborhood, within our price range. Low and behold after our inspection the roof just didn't pass. So the last week we have been in negotiations on what is the best for either party for the roof. Frankly it sucks for both of us. Our first option would have been the easiest and best, but because we are doing FHA (aka government loan) the appraiser and the underwriter would have never allowed the loan to go through. So we are both working hard on each end to make things work in the best interest of both and still appease the process. I'm just grateful I have an awesome Realtor! Crossing my fingers that things work out well this week!
